new to the tribe: Cait from Sunburnt & Salty

cait 2 cait

Welcome to the tribe, Cait! I met Caitlin here in Rincon, after attending her yoga class at a local studio. I loved her style, her energy and her smile, so naturally I kept going back week after week, and sometimes several days a week! I remember when I completed my teacher training, I returned to Caitlin’s class to see such a smile of welcome & acceptance into the-new-to-me world that defines a yoga lifestyle.

Caitlin has always been a yoga inspiration for me – she challenges me to try new poses and take my practice a step deeper, and she is such a representative of what yoga really means. A genuine person, this girl!

Cait blogs and shares her surf, wellness, yoga and lifestyle over at Sunburnt & Salty – a perfectly fitting name for her yoga company, as literally every time I see her she is either one or the other, and many times both!

You may even recognize her from this past post of surf art DIY and paddleboarding excursions with the ladies! Expect many more posts such as these, as we have ideas brewing for some awesome summertime crafting (ahem, SUP sailing…..) and day trips on the water.

On sea, field & tribe, Cait will be sharing all kinds of inspiring health, wellness, yoga, DIYs and more. Be sure to check out her blog, and her Instagram feed of our gorgeous island and yoga happenings! Welcome to the family, Caitlin! Love ya girl!
