sea: casual ocean color palette

Found this lovely image while distracting myself on the addicting Pinterest. Don’t you hate when you can’t find the actual source? I think they need to do a little something about that.. because I truly hate not giving credit where credit is due. Thus, if you know the source of this image, please let me know :) Anyways, so here is a little color palette that I created. Very simple ocean themed colors. I personally think all these colors would look awesome in an outdoor den or bathroom with lots of natural lighting. Interior design has always been a passion. So you’re likely to see more color palettes on the blog for sure.

I hope that everyone has a very nice and relaxing Labor Day Weekend. My time was spent with lots of company in and around our little beach bungalow. Evan’s mother and some friends from San Juan (our adopted Aunt and Uncle, because of all the help they provided to me and Evan when we moved here) spent the weekend with us in Rincon. We did a shore dive in town and marveled at the beautiful Caribbean fish. I can’t even describe how wonderful it is to have the ocean as your backyard. For a marine scientist, that’s like heaven! Now, I have this lovely Monday to take a break from classes and work and just relax!
Until tomorrow,
